While walk @Margo n came by to Platinum Screen, i c the poster of Quickie Express movie. First, thought it’s a western one, since the title sounded English. But when c the name of Tora Sudiro there, then we knew it’s Indonesian Movie actually.
The name of Tora Sudiro and Aming seems so "marketable" as the visitors tend to watch this movie. By the title and poster, i assumed that this movie talks about some expedition services, but it’s not like that. It did talk about pizza delivery, but it’s just a cosmetic, the real thing it’s about gigolo services. The theme made no problem, but the way the movie presented, feel so disgusting, as it’s so "vulgar". You will c Aming fully naked here, and other uncomfortable scene. The reaction of the audience, became so clear, as they surprised enough seeing such a scene. If it’s a western one, it won’t be that surprised, but it’s Indonesian Movie.
As a comedy, it’s quite entertaining but not so good. There’s so many incontinuity, "come on go to the next." And the last part of the scenes can be guessed about what it would it be then. Rate it 3 out of 5.
Considering such uncomfortable scenes, the title spoke true then it’s a western one!
